The Five Points neighborhood is currently a site for affordable housing and planned multifamily housing development. Those who have lived in the neighborhood their whole lives dislike the incoming development because they feel it does not fit with their culture or their needs. This project explores what prefabricated, affordable, multi-use development might look like in this area.
